Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Oversight
- Lead all aspects of Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and Administration.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, and long‑term financial planning.
- Manage outsourced accounting relationships (CPA firm); evaluate when and how to bring functions in‑house.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and support audit requirements.
Operational Leadership
- Build scalable operational processes across multiple departments, driving efficiency, standardization, and accountability.
- Lead ongoing system implementations; ensure smooth integration, cross‑functional adoption, and process improvements.
- Partner with internal FP&A/BI resources to elevate data visibility, reporting, and decision‑making.
Human Resources & People Operations
- Oversee HR functions including payroll, compliance, terminations, unemployment, and employee‑related administration
- Evaluate current HR processes and implement improved systems, policies, and workflows.
- Foster a positive company culture aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
IT, Systems & Infrastructure
- Oversee outsourced IT partners; ensure reliable systems, cybersecurity, and technology strategy.
- Drive system integration, vendor evaluation, and technology improvements that support company growth.
Executive Leadership & Strategy
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, helping shape organizational priorities and long‑term business strategy.
- Translate financial and operational insights into action plans that drive performance and profitability.
- Build and develop high‑performing teams across finance, administration, and operations.
- Serve as a mission‑driven leader who promotes trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, Operations, or combined CFO/COO roles.
- Experience in high‑growth or founder‑led environments strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing multi‑department operations (Finance, Operations, HR, IT).
- Demonstrated ability to drive systems implementation, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Must be a strong cultural fit and fully aligned with the company’s mission.
Salary range from 200k-250k
