Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the client onboarding process within their cell/s. Their role involves ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout the onboarding lifecycle. They are obsessed by outcomes; ensuring their team members are meeting stakeholder requirements and deadlines. They monitor team performance, address issues and maintain communication with stakeholders. They also act as a point of contact for escalations or urgent requests.
What Your Days Will Look Like
Business Operations COB Team supports onboarding for our clients, prospective new clients and employees for PwC across the UK, delivering cost savings, ensuring compliance with regulation, enabling efficiencies and driving productivity. Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the client onboarding process within their cell/s. Their role involves ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout the onboarding lifecycle. They are obsessed by outcomes; ensuring their team members are meeting stakeholder requirements and deadlines. They monitor team performance, address issues and maintain communication with stakeholders.They also act as a point of contact for escalations or urgent requests.
This Role Is For You If
You have demonstrable experience in a similar operational delivery to include:
- management and operational delivery of their team
- Tracking commercial performance of their team
- Challenge existing processes and leverage technology to bring ongoing efficiencies.
- Effectively manage, motivate, inspire and develop people and teams
- Have the ability to prioritise effectively and manage time to accommodate client requirements and team support needs
- Proactively engage with and manage client relationships
- Coaching and performance management
