We are working on a high-impact CFO search with a founder-led investment platform undergoing significant growth.
This role sits at the center of a complex, multi-entity family office and RIA platform, partnering directly with the founder to bring structure, visibility, and scalability across the business.
Key areas of focus:
- Full ownership of finance across a multi-entity family office / RIA structure (~30+ entities, diverse investments)
- Oversight of fund and investment-related accounting, capital flows, and reporting
- Building and scaling infrastructure to support continued growth and outside capital
- Managing liquidity, cash planning, and coordination across investment activity
- Acting as a true right-hand to the founder in a lean, hands-on environment
The profile:
- Proven CFO (or #1 finance lead) within a family office, RIA, or alternative investment platform
- Strong fund / investment accounting experience is essential (private markets, multi-entity structures, capital activity)
- Deep understanding of how family office + RIA environments operate in practice (not theoretical)
- Hands-on operator — comfortable rolling up sleeves and building in real time
- Experience bringing structure to complex, fast-moving environments
This is not a traditional corporate CFO role — it requires someone who understands private capital, family office dynamics, and investment operations, and who is comfortable being deep in the weeds, hands-on across reporting, liquidity, and day-to-day finance operations
