Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial aspects of our client's business. This full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW involves managing financial planning, guiding financial strategies, overseeing the preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with financial and legal regulations. The CFO will work closely with the Board to develop financial goals and manage budgets.
Qualifications
- Strategic Financial Management and Forecasting with focus on ERP
- Proficiency in preparing and analysing financial statements and financial reporting
- Strong Finance knowledge combined with exceptional analytical skills
- Proven leadership experience in financial management and team building
- High level of proficiency in cloud-based accounting platforms including Xero
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders
- Professional accounting or financial qualifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA
- Familiarity with Commonwealth and state tax regulations and compliance requirements
