We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team on a contract basis in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is crucial for overseeing financial operations, analyzing cash flow, and ensuring effective capital management. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial reporting and month-end processes while driving financial efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure optimal financial health and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies for effective capital management to support organizational goals.
• Supervise and streamline month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Manage business systems related to financial operations, ensuring they support accurate reporting and analysis.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing financial processes and systems.
• Provide insights and forecasts to guide decision-making and long-term planning.
• Maintain accountability for all financial activities, ensuring transparency and performance tracking.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs across the organization.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Expertise in cash flow analysis and capital management.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with business systems and their application in financial operations.
• Ability to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business goals.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
