Support our Wholesale Sales team, through working across key supporting business functions executing supportive analysis and process efficiencies to help us deliver on our sales goals. Be our systems guru enhancing our world-class sales tools, managing, and streamlining our CRM, and providing overall support with our Go to Market (GTM) planning processes. Under supervision of the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and implementation of Sales Operations processes to strategically establish methods of best practice (SOP’s) and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations for the HEYDUDE wholesale business. The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with internal and external teams (including Sales, Customer Service, IT, Master Data Management, Merchandising, Planning & Customer Fulfillment) to ensure effective and consistent communication flow between departments, and ensure accurate, user friendly and timely data flow for effective sales and customer usage.
What You'll Do
- Support all aspects of the wholesale sample process, including seasonal SMS orders, fulfillment of all requests, end of season returns, and efficiency analysis. Own & drive process improvements as needed.
- Support and coordinate product sample requirements that meet our sales and customer needs, while controlling within budget.
- Facilitate all new account setup & maintenance of customer data.
- Work cross-functionally to achieve timely and accurate delivery of all wholesale sales facing tools.
- Support the wholesale sales meeting team(s) with coordination and supporting sales tools, documents, and accommodations.
- Identify and provide efficient processes and support for our Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Heads of Wholesale to enhance their time with wholesale partners.
- Maintain cross-functional operations calendar for HEYDUDE’s GTM Process and align business processes, dates and gates.
- Deliver impactful Go to Market (GTM) Sales Tools while offering process improvements for Sales and Sales Operations teams.
- Act as support for Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, HEYDUDE’s B2B site and other sales tools.
- Proactively collaborate with Sales Operations team, sales team, and internal business partners to drive efficient and compliant process enhancements.
- Offer creative, collaborative and analytical solutions that offer efficiency and compliance, as well as accurate, timely and consistent visibility to key business priorities.
- Assist in current and future order book control, to deliver orders on time/in full to accounts, while meeting all internal deadlines.

Salary or Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
