This role offers a competitive executive compensation package, including:
Salary range: $160,000–$200,000, plus sign-on bonus

Job Details
Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and long-term planning
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial projections
Provide oversight of a complex operating budget exceeding $30M
Monitor costs, revenue performance, and reimbursement trends; recommend improvements
Prepare and present monthly financial reports and key metrics to leadership and governance
Ensure strong internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance
Oversee cash flow, investments, banking relationships, and insurance programs
Guide grant budgeting, reporting, and compliance activities
Lead, develop, and support finance and billing teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; advanced degree preferred
CPA strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
Healthcare or highly regulated environment experience preferred
Experience managing $25M+ budgets strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance standards
Clear communicator with the ability to translate financial data into strategy
