Fox Packaging is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and help shape the next chapter of our growth. We are looking for a financial leader with deep manufacturing expertise who can turn financial insight into clear direction that strengthens the business and supports long-term success.
The CFO will work closely with the executive leadership team and Board of Directors to inform critical decisions that influence performance, investment, and growth. This role will guide financial strategy while reinforcing a culture grounded in accountability, teamwork, and service, values that have defined Fox Packaging since its founding.
A key priority for this leader will be advancing the company’s use of financial technology and data analytics. The CFO will champion systems and processes that convert complex financial data into practical, real-time insight, enabling leaders across the organization to understand performance, manage resources, and make informed decisions with confidence.
By building financial clarity throughout the organization and aligning fiscal strategy with operational priorities, the CFO will help ensure Fox Packaging remains resilient, competitive, and well positioned for the future while preserving the family-owned values that continue to set the company apart.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a forward-looking financial strategy that supports growth and profitability
- Investing in systems, data, and processes that create real-time operational visibility and clarity
- Partnering with leadership to drive performance through metrics, accountability, and financial insight
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management with precision and discipline
- Strengthening cost structure, pricing strategy, and operational efficiency across manufacturing
Pay: From $210,000.00 per year
