- Optimize financial performance while supporting member-focused service delivery
- Oversee regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements in a complex industry environment
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven CFO or senior finance executive experience (telecom, broadband, utilities, or infrastructure preferred)
- Strong strategic and operational finance leadership skills
- Experience with capital-intensive businesses and long-term investment planning
- Ability to translate financial insight into actionable business strategy
- Collaborative, steady leadership style with executive presence
Why MTA
- Mission-driven organization connecting Alaskan communities
- Visible, high-impact leadership role
- Strong culture rooted in service, innovation, and resilience
- Opportunity to live and work in one of the most extraordinary places in the country
If you’re ready to combine strategic finance leadership with real-world impact, we’d love to connect.
