Talvo is exclusively partnering with a multi-award-winning global B2B AI scaleup based in central London to search for their first Director of Global Sales Operations & Strategy, who will be responsible for building the team and leading the overall strategy.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue & Growth, you’ll be responsible for building and developing the entire Sales Operations function and be central to the growth and success of the entire business.
Paying up to £150,000 (plus bonus), this role will be hybrid, with three days working in their central London office.
What You’ll Be Doing At a Glance
- Shape the sales strategy and operating model to achieve revenue goals
- Lead weekly reporting, conduct monthly reviews, and manage pipeline management
- Manage sales performance through analysis and reporting
- Enhance and drive the adoption of the sales technology stack
- Oversee CRM administration and ensure data integrity
- Implement a sales enablement strategy for team success
- Optimise core sales processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with the Finance and Analytics teams to establish targets and measure performance
- Identify and remove performance obstacles to accelerate results
- Hire new team members and develop existing team members
Your Experience
- Director-level leadership experience in a high-growth sales operations function, with a focus on B2B tech sales
- International experience across EMEA and APAC (US experience a bonus)
- Blend of experience working in both large established tech companies and high-growth startups
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce
- Proficient in developing and managing sales ops strategies across various channels and market segments
- Proven track record in team building and leadership
- Demonstrated success in managing sales operations with a high volume of inbound leads
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including data analysis and modelling
- Experience with data visualisation and marketing automation tools
- Proven experience in process improvement to enhance global sales performance
