Partner – Head of Growth & Go-To-Market (Launchpad HUB – Port Credit)

About Launchpad Ventures
Launchpad Ventures is an AI-driven venture studio co-creating the next generation of SaaS and vertical AI startups. Our flagship venture is AFFIRMAITIVE, an AI-powered venture creation platform now moving from private beta to public launch in early May.
We’re looking for a GTM Expert & Growth Lead to join as an equity Partner, owning the direct-to-founder growth engine for AFFIRMAITIVE first, then extending across additional studio ventures.
What You’ll Do
As the strategic and hands-on GTM lead for AFFIRMAITIVE (and later other ventures), you will:
- Lead the Launch
- Own the shift from private beta to public launch: Product Hunt, referral programs, founder-led outreach, and early PR/visibility plays.
- Acquire Founders Directly (D2F)
- Design and run experiments that capture founders where they live: search, social, and entrepreneurial communities. Focus on driving freemium sign-ups, product activation, and paid conversion.
- Leverage AI for Discovery (GEO)
- Position AFFIRMAITIVE within LLM ecosystems (OpenAI store and similar) as a lead magnet, and use AI tools to scale content, research, and campaign execution.
- “Show, Don’t Tell” Content
- Create and orchestrate live demos, short-form content, and webinars that showcase our OPA™ engine building validated plans and prototypes in minutes.
- Design Studio Funnels for Partners
- Formalize go-to-market motions for consultants, accelerators, and education partners: offers, landing pages, sales kits, and partner enablement assets. Build on existing pilots with an accelerator, a university course, and consultant users.
- Own Growth Operations
- Manage a modest but scaling monthly budget for paid tests (LinkedIn/Google), SEO/technical audits, and authority-building (backlinks, guest content). Use freelancers tactically where needed.
You’ll work closely with the Launchpad Partner overseeing each venture and the venture CEO (starting with AFFIRMAITIVE).
Ideal Profile
You likely have:
- 3+ years in GTM, growth, or digital marketing for SaaS, creator, or prosumer tools, with a track record of acquiring and converting individual users or small teams online.
- Experience with product-led growth and funnel building from “Googled a question” → “signed up for freemium” → “activated” → “upgraded.”
- Strong search and content chops: SEO, keyword research, landing page testing, lead magnets, and performance tracking.
- AI literacy: you actively use LLMs and AI tools in your work and understand how to position AI products credibly.
- Hands-on skills: comfortable writing copy, building landing pages, setting up campaigns, and reading the data yourself.
- Partnership fluency (nice to have): experience working with consultants, accelerators, universities, or innovation programs.
You’re senior enough to own GTM but still energized by rolling up your sleeves. You have the financial flexibility to commit at least 2 days/week in an equity-first setup and are comfortable being on camera for demos and webinars.
Structure & Expectations
- Equity: Targeting ~2-5% equity (via options) per venture, with a 3-year vesting schedule.
- Time commitment: Minimum 2 days/week initially, with potential to increase as ventures scale.
- Location: Preference for someone who can join us in Port Credit 1–2 days/week, but strong remote candidates will be considered.
