Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Vice President for Finance and Operations & Chief Financial Officer is based in Cleveland, GA. The role involves strategic financial leadership, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and operational policies to support the university's mission. The responsibilities include managing financial reporting, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing analytical insights to guide decision-making. Additionally, this role will work closely with other university leadership to align financial operations with institutional goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and budget management
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong background in Finance and Analytical Skills
- Experience in higher education financial operations is a plus
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred)
