We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for projects focused on
Oracle CPQ or PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) implementations. The role will work closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, proper Agile practices, and smooth execution of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for CPQ/PLM projects
- Manage and maintain product backlog and sprint tasks in tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for sprint execution
- Track team progress, velocity, and metrics, and report to stakeholders
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and development teams for effective requirements clarification
- Support release planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Scrum Master / Agile experience
- Proven experience managing Oracle CPQ or PLM (Windchill, Teamcenter, Agile PLM, ENOVIA) projects
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) or PLM processes
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
- Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
- Experience in enterprise-level implementations
- Exposure to global/onshore-offshore delivery teams
- Prior experience in manufacturing, financial services, or high-tech domains
