The position is based in our office in MILAN.

Fulfilling responsibilities. A team that inspires.

Manage product data, translations, and sales materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Support the planning and execution of product launches, range updates, and limited editions, including product presentations, in coordination with cross-functional teams
Manage pricing activities through the preparation and maintenance of price lists and customer-specific plans
Monitor product performance and support reporting activities in collaboration with Sales teams
Coordinate, with Operations, order flows, stock allocation, and product availability to ensure smooth execution and minimize leftovers
Maintain and update master data across systems and customer platforms
Ensure timely communication and alignment with internal stakeholders and customers
Support e-commerce operations, including product content management and online assortment definition
Collaborate closely with the Italian team and maintain effective communication with the headquarters in Germany

Experience in the FMCG industry (preferably in the beauty sector), ideally within S&OP or Customer Service functions, is considered a plus
University degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales
Proactive and goal-driven approach, with a strong team spirit, collaborative attitude, positivity, resilience, hands-on mentality, and flexibility
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced); knowledge of SAP is a plus
Native or fluent Italian and good English (B2 or higher) for working with local teams and the German headquarters
