Duties
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 standards
- Manage risk analysis processes, ensuring effective risk mitigation strategies across all business units
- Direct treasury management activities including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment oversight
- Supervise budgeting processes, expense control, cost management, and profit & loss analysis to maximize financial performance
- Develop and interpret complex financial reports; communicate insights clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage payroll operations, and oversee financial software systems for efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior finance leader with supervisory responsibilities in a complex organization
- Extensive knowledge of financial concepts including risk management, fiscal management, revenue cycle management, and cost control
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS, COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations), and ASC 606 standards
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced analysis skills using modern financial software tools
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization; proven success in managing large teams and projects
- Strong technical accounting background with experience supervising compliance audits and internal controls
- Relevant certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly desirable
