A high-growth, science-driven health platform is entering a pivotal phase of scale and is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to partner directly with the Founder.
This is not a traditional CFO role.
This is a builder’s mandate — combining strategy, execution, and financial leadership to help transform a high-potential business into a disciplined, scalable platform.
🔍 The Opportunity
You will operate at the core of the business, shaping its next chapter by:
• Acting as the Founder’s key strategic and financial partner
• Building a world-class financial architecture (FP&A, reporting, KPIs)
• Driving performance visibility and capital efficiency
• Preparing the business for sophisticated financing and growth pathways
• Supporting licensing, partnerships, and strategic transactions
This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between board-level thinking and hands-on execution.
🧠Ideal Profile
• Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader
• Background in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or consumer health
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
• Strong financial modelling, planning, and performance management skills
• Ability to combine strategic insight with operational rigor
• Confidence to partner closely with an ambitious Founder
Highly valued:
Exposure to venture debt, structured financing, or pharma/licensing environments
