Your passion and purpose
Sales Process Optimisation:
π Analyze and streamline the sales process for maximum efficiency.
πͺοΈ Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to expedite deal closures.
π Develop and maintain sales playbooks and standard operating procedures.
Sales Team Support:
π Collaborate with the sales team, providing coaching and training.
π Assist in onboarding and training new sales representatives.
πΊοΈ Manage sales territories for equitable lead distribution.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
π Collect, organise, and analyse sales data for valuable insights.
π Create and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards.
π Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
CRM Management:
π» Administer the company's CRM system with precision.
π Customise CRM workflows to align with sales strategies.
π€ Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Sales Forecasting:
π Develop and maintain sales forecasts based on historical data.
π‘ Assist in budgeting and resource allocation based on projections.
π’ Communicate forecasts to the management team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
π Work closely with other departments for alignment with sales goals.

Tools and Technology:

Compliance and Process Improvement:

π Proven experience in sales operations or a related role.
π Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
π Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
π Recent Experience In Company And System Transformation.

π Leadership Abilities With Coaching And Mentoring Experience.
π― Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
