CFO Needed – High-Growth Opportunity – Put Your Experience to Work
Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company in the travel / hospitality space, is seeking a CFO to take on a hands-on role building and scaling the finance function.
This is not a traditional corporate CFO position. The company is at a critical stage and needs a finance leader who can establish structure, bring discipline, and scale the function as the business grows. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential — this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is comfortable building while the business is evolving.
- Build and lead the finance and accounting function
- Establish reporting, processes, and internal controls
- Develop accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making
- Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial strategy
- Evaluate and implement systems (ERP, automation, reporting tools)
- Support growth initiatives and operational scalability
- Interface with enterprise-level customers and stakeholders as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- CFO or senior finance leadership experience in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance, and operations
- Experience building or upgrading a finance function
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Large ERP experience required
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an evolving environment
- Big 4 / large public accounting background preferred
- CPA preferred
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus
- Approximately 10+ years of progressive experience
This position includes a very competitive salary commensurate with experience and includes Bonus and upside potential
This role is best suited for someone who has built a finance function before and wants to be a true partner to the CEO in a growing business.
Out of the area candidate will be considered. Relocation reimbursement will be considered as part of total compensation package.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
