Job Summary:
The CFO is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. The role ensures financial stability and supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations (Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Compliance)
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability
- Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.)
- Prepare and present financial reports to management/board
- Manage audits (internal & external)
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation plans
- Lead and manage the accounts & finance team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
