Job Details
We are looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to partner with our North American Sales and Customer Success teams. This role is central to driving operational excellence across the region.
What You’ll Do
Support territory planning, account alignment, and ongoing adjustments as the business evolves
Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Help manage forecasting processes and ensure data accuracy across teams
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflows and increase efficiency
Contribute to process enhancements and adoption of tools that support revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
