Role Description
BAJÍO Sunglasses is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Director of Sales and handle a range of support functions that enable the Director to focus more time and attention on growing the business and trouble shooting with reps. The Sales Operations Manager will handle administrative and logistics issues and be the central point of contact for other departments within Bajio, including marketing, customer service, accounting, and operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Operations Management skills to optimize processes and improve performance.
- Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service practices for maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating across teams and conveying strategies clearly.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales operations management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Passion for fishing, the outdoors, and sustainability is highly valued.
