Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team and enhance operational efficiency. This full-time, on-site role is based in Collingwood, Victoria, Australia. Responsibilities include managing sales data and analytics, coordinating with sales teams to streamline processes, addressing customer inquiries, supporting fulfillment activities, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a key role in driving effective communication and operational excellence across all sales channels.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and external stakeholders
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities to address inquiries and provide quality support
- Proficiency in sales operations and data management, with a keen attention to detail
- Prior experience in sales or a related field is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ERP software and sales tools is an advantage
Role Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales & Operations Coordinator is a fast paced cross-functional role supporting sales, operations, and customer service functions to ensure seamless business performance.
Sales Coordination
Supporting to the sales team providing reporting and analytical support, this includes maintain sales data and provide analytic insights, preparation of presentations, event coordination, field team support and a variety of other tasks to help achieve targets and drive sales growth in line with business objectives.
Operations Coordination
Order processing and coordination of all purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery (DIFOT). Oversee day-to-day operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, manage all on site order processing and inventory.
Customer Service
Act as the first point of contact for customer and consumer queries, managing phone and email communications professionally. Deliver a positive, solutions-focused experience for both external customers and internal stakeholders.
