Core priorities:
- Partner with the CEO, Board and private equity sponsor to develop and execute the company's financial and strategic roadmap.
- Lead all capital markets activities, including debt financing, refinancing, lender relationships and capital structure optimisation to support continued growth.
- Drive the evaluation, execution and integration of strategic acquisitions, leading financial due diligence, transaction execution and post-acquisition integration.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, controllership and performance reporting, ensuring robust financial governance and operational excellence.
- Develop financial systems, reporting capabilities and KPIs that support scalable growth and informed decision-making.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance organisation capable of supporting a rapidly growing, private equity-backed platform.
- Act as a trusted strategic adviser to the executive team, Board and investors, providing clear financial insight to support long-term value creation.
Strong candidates will have:
- A proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive within a private equity-backed digital infrastructure, telecommunications or other capital-intensive infrastructure business.
- Significant capital markets experience, including raising institutional debt, refinancing, managing lender relationships and optimising capital structures.
- Deep M&A experience, including leading acquisitions, financial due diligence, transaction execution and post-merger integration.
- Experience partnering closely with private equity sponsors, Boards and executive leadership teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic decision-making with operational financial leadership.
- A data-driven, hands-on leadership style with experience building high-performing finance teams in complex, fast-growing organisations.
