Our client is seeking a collaborative, strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to help guide a growing financial institution from $300 million to $500 million in assets over the next five years.
As CFO, you will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to shape financial strategy, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure organizational alignment. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment and values transparency, accountability, and shared success.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategy and long-term growth plans
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with department leaders
- Oversee accounting, treasury, liquidity management, and regulatory reporting
- Manage daily cash position and funding strategies, including key banking relationships
- Deliver timely financial reporting, Board materials, and performance insights
- Guide investment portfolio strategy and interest rate risk analysis
- Collaborate across teams to improve processes, enhance performance, and align resources with strategic goals
- Support audits, regulatory filings, and internal control initiatives
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and stronger stakeholder relationships
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of financial leadership experience (banking preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of financial institutions, regulatory requirements, and risk management
