We are partnering with a growing, entrepreneurial construction business to identify a hands-on Chief Financial Officer who thrives both in the details and at the leadership table.
This is not a “pure strategy” CFO role. It’s for someone who wants to stay close to the business, someone who understands how projects actually perform, how cash moves, and how to build financial discipline in a project-based environment.

What we are looking for:
• Proven financial leadership experience within construction or project-based environments
• Deep, hands-on expertise with WIP accounting and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
• Strong understanding of job costing, cash flow, and project-level financial performance
• Experience working with operations teams to drive accountability and margin performance
• Ability to operate both strategically and in the weeds in a growing organization
