- Formulate and implement the organisation's overall financial strategy.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Supervise all financial operations, accounting, and reporting functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
- Oversee cash flow management, investments, and funding activities.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and develop effective control measures.
- Oversee taxation, audit, and statutory compliance processes.
- Approve and monitor all payments, expenditures, and capital allocations.
- Lead the finance and accounts teams and evaluate their performance.
- Provide leadership in developing financial systems, policies, and procedures.
- Present financial performance reports to top management and the board.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit compliance.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and payment of statutory dues.
- Evaluate new business proposals, budgets, and financial feasibility reports.
- Maintain transparency, accountability, and integrity in all financial dealings.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee-related financial processes.
- Develop and implement cost control and financial efficiency measures.
- Monitor financial performance indicators and suggest corrective actions.
- Represent the organization in financial negotiations and meetings.
- Ensure effective treasury and fund management operations.
- Protect company assets through strong internal financial controls.
- Support CEO and Board in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Review and approve major contracts and procurement from a financial perspective.
- Stay updated with new financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- Oversee ERP, digital accounting systems, and financial automation tools.
- Foster a culture of financial discipline, compliance, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
⁃CA qualified professional
⁃Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a senior finance or leadership role
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
