NPD Project Manager & Sales Operations
We are a food and beverage company operating a world-class facility in Dunnville, Ontario. This role owns product launches from customer brief through to commercialization, while supporting sales operations and ensuring follow-through on day-to-day execution.
What you will do
NPD / Commercialization (primary focus)
- Take customer projects from brief to launch
- Ensure complete and accurate project briefs from customers
- Coordinate with internal teams including R&D (formulation), QA (specs and compliance), procurement, production, engineering, logistics and finance
- Manage timelines, stage gate and keep projects on track
- Maintain project status and documentation in project management systems
- Follow through to final product setup and commercialization
Sales Operations
- Set up pricing, items, and customer data in ERP/CRM systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across systems
- Support sales and customers with accurate and timely information
- Oversee day-to-day order and logistics issues to ensure resolution
- Drive follow-up between customer service, shipping, and internal teams to close the loop
What you own
- Delivery of NPD projects on time
- Accuracy of product and customer setup and data
- Clear communication between customers and internal teams
- Ensuring issues and requests are followed through to resolution
Role scope
This role focuses on execution and project delivery. New business development and commercial negotiation are handled by the sales team and senior management.

- Willing to step in, push for answers, and keep things moving
- Experience in food and beverage, manufacturing, or CPG preferred
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or project management systems is an asset
Structure
- Majority of time on NPD and commercialization
- Ongoing daiily involvement in sales operations, issue and request follow-through

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
