Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Conga CPQ role, based across India with some flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Conga CPQ solutions within Salesforce platforms. Key responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, customizing CPQ functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and providing training and support for end users. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Conga CPQ, Salesforce CPQ tools, and Salesforce CRM customization.
- Proficiency in analyzing requirements, creating pricing rules, workflows, and providing innovative solutions within CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Understanding of integration scenarios using APIs and familiarity with third-party applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to manage data migrations, data modeling, and ensure data accuracy and security during transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or Conga CPQ Specialist (preferred).
