We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Operations/CPQ Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work to enhance and optimize existing Salesforce processes, particularly within the Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Operations domains.
• Enhance and support Salesforce CPQ functionality to improve pricing, discounting, approvals, and quoting processes.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce CPQ and sales workflows, ensuring seamless system performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams to align processes with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools, ensuring data quality and supporting deal governance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to optimize the Salesforce environment.
• Provide technical expertise in API development and configuration management within Salesforce.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards through effective configuration and client-side scripting.
• Support the ongoing maintenance of a robust Salesforce environment, ensuring it meets evolving business needs.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, specifically in Revenue Operations or CPQ.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ within a production environment.
• In-depth understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and Revenue Operations workflows.
• Proven track record of working in well-established Salesforce organizations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with API development and configuration management within Salesforce.
• Proficiency in client-side scripting and creating detailed business requirement documents.
• Salesforce Admin or CPQ certification is highly desirable.
• Background in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations is a plus.
