Now, we’re looking for a visionary CFO to lead our expansion into new markets, secure vital funding, and build strong financial systems that can keep pace with our rapid expansion.
What You’ll Own
- Fundraising Powerhouse: Lead both equity and debt fundraising efforts (debt in particular), establishing key relationships with investors to secure the capital for our rapid expansion.
- Finance Team Leader: Mentor, inspire, and grow a top-tier finance team, ensuring operational excellence across all financial, legal, and compliance matters.
- Strategic Visionary: Partner with our founders to provide financial foresight, supporting long-term growth goals while keeping an eye on the company’s financial health.
- Investor Relations: Lead investor relations, presenting our story and growth trajectory to ensure continued financial backing.
- Tax & Compliance: Navigate complex tax strategies across multiple regions, ensuring full compliance with local regulations while managing external partnerships.
What You Bring
- 5+ Years of Senior Financial Leadership: You’ve led finance teams and crafted successful financial strategies for high-growth companies in multiple regions.
- Fundraising Expertise: You’re a pro at both equity and debt fundraising. Ideally, with prior experience raising $50M+ debt facilities.
- International Exposure: You know how to handle the complexities of operating across borders, managing tax and regulatory challenges with ease.
- Visionary & Executioner: You’re as comfortable planning long-term financial strategies as you are overseeing day-to-day operational details.
- Investor Relations: You’ve confidently represented companies to investors, building trust and securing the capital needed to scale.
