Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context: JMG International is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Chief Sales Officer / Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading overall sales and marketing operations, including dealer network management, showroom sales, and in-house sales performance across Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead and manage nationwide dealer and showroom sales operations.
- Oversee all in-house sales activities, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Set sales targets for showrooms and dealer networks and ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team for high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all sales channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Maintain competitive market intelligence and suggest business improvements.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA (Marketing) will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Furniture Manufacturer,Furniture
Additional Requirements
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 7–8 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Must have experience in furniture industry or similar sector (preferred).
- Strong experience in managing dealer networks and showroom operations.
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial or senior sales role.
Other Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
