As we prepare to raise our first round of investment, we are entering an aggressive growth phase and are looking for an exceptional Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to help us scale revenue, expand globally, and build a world-class sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Leadership
- Own the end-to-end revenue and sales strategy of RankRizers.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build predictable, scalable sales systems and frameworks.
International Sales Expansion
- Lead and execute sales strategies for domestic and international markets.
- Develop partnerships and enterprise opportunities globally.
- Identify expansion opportunities across new geographies.
Team Building & Engagement
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Create KPIs, SOPs, and performance-driven sales culture.
- Recruit and train future sales leaders within the organization.
Founder Collaboration
- Work directly with leadership/founders on GTM, fundraising narratives, and growth strategy.
- Help shape revenue positioning as the company enters investor conversations.
Who we're Looking for
Mandatory Qualifications
- 7β12+ years of proven sales/business development leadership experience.
- Prior experience working with startups, SMEs, scaling businesses, and multiple business models.
- Strong understanding of startup operations and scaling frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in international/global sales and cross-border business development.
- Proven track record in building/scaling sales teams and revenue engines.
- Experience handling enterprise, strategic, or high-ticket B2B sales.
Preferred/Bonus
- Prior experience as VP Sales / Revenue Head / CSO / Director of Sales.
- Exposure to fundraising/startup investor environments.
- Background in SaaS, Digital Marketing, AI, Tech, or Marketplace businesses.
- Existing network across startup/founder/business communities.
