Business Operations Manager – Customer Excellence Group (CEG)
9-Month Contract | Hybrid | Up to €139,000 pro rata (DOE) | Extension Opportunity
We’re partnering with a global enterprise technology leader (our client) to find a sharp, data-driven Business Operations Manager to support their Customer Excellence Group. This is a high-impact role at the heart of customer adoption, performance insights, and operational scale—perfect for someone who thrives where strategy meets execution, with a strong AI-first mindset.
What you’ll do:
- Drive customer adoption strategies across key segments, using data and AI insights to spot risks and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align on growth and retention goals
- Monitor performance metrics (GRR, NPS, adoption, health scores) and turn insights into action
- Build scalable processes, dashboards, and playbooks to improve operational efficiency
- Support planning, reporting, and executive-level storytelling with clear, impactful insights
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years in business ops, customer success ops, or program management (SaaS preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using AI tools for insights or automation
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Experience with dashboards, metrics tracking, and capacity/resource planning
- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and drive decisions
