The Role
We are hiring a UK Go-To-Market Lead to drive commercial partnerships from the ground up.
This is a high-ownership, externally-facing role working directly with the Head of UK Operations. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do: find businesses with physical workforces, get them to say yes, and get them earning revenue through our programme within days of signing.
You will be working a live, active pipeline from day one. There are no long sales cycles here; the proposition is straightforward, the financial benefit is immediate, and the businesses that understand it move fast.
What you will do
- Identify and directly approach UK businesses with physical workforces in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, facilities, and food production
- Convert warm introductions from our investor network into signed partnerships
- Build your own pipeline from your personal and professional network
- Own the relationship from the first conversation to the first recorded hour
- Work alongside the Head of UK to prioritise targets and move the pipeline forward daily
- Feed learnings back into how we pitch, whom we target, and what works
What we are looking for
- You have sold to or partnered with UK business owners or operations directors before, not enterprise procurement, actual decision makers
- You have a real network in UK business, operations, logistics, manufacturing, or adjacent sectors, and you are not afraid to use it
- You move fast and do not wait to be told what to do next
- You are comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a room, and making things happen
- You think in outcomes, not activity, you care about signed partners and recorded hours, not calls made
- You are honest about what is working and what is not
What this is not
This is not a structured corporate sales role with a defined territory and a long ramp period. It is an early-stage market built in a company that is moving fast. If you need a playbook handed to you, this is the wrong role. If you want to build the playbook, it might be the right one.
