Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) based in San Pedro Sula. The CRO will be responsible for overseeing and driving revenue-generation strategies, designing and implementing sales processes, and ensuring sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales operations, managing key accounts, developing and executing strategic plans, and creating systems for lead generation. The CRO will work closely with cross-functional teams to align revenue goals with the company’s overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation and identifying growth opportunities
- Proven experience in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
- Extensive background in Sales, with a record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Skills in Strategic Planning and creating scalable business strategies
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including process development and team leadership
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the telecommunications or internet service industry is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth
