Looking for a CFO, either part time, full time or part time open to full time as we grow.
Would be nice if this person has an international presence, and ideal if French citizenship, for security reasons.
We have the administrative part as well as the treasury management side covered so need someone to compliment the current person with proactive vision and experience.
- Work on global vision with the CEO & management team to set roadmap financially
- Capital structuring that suited to the next challenges of the company: scaling the financing, at international level, and consider the specifics linked to classified matters in a prototype
- Manage complex financial engineering to enable the financing of the prototype: work on the best public and private financing, refine the equity story aligned with the tech milestones, grow legitimacy and credibility of our business plans that make the new sector fully profitable : utilities, fuel management, contribute to the value proposition on all financial aspects. Knowledge of data centers deals, and energy deals is a big plus.
- Work actively with the capture team of the fundraising
- Report to the board to suggest pace to scale up the company and what it takes to do this
- 10 y+ experience in industrial / energy finance
