We are looking for a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead the finance function of a leading publicly listed technology and systems integration group operating across Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC.
This is a high-impact executive role supporting large-scale government and enterprise programs while driving financial performance, governance, and long-term value creation across a diversified group structure.
What You'll Own
▸ Define and execute the financial strategy aligned with business growth and shareholder value
▸ Lead treasury, liquidity, and cash flow management across long-cycle, contract-based revenue streams
▸ Oversee group financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and listed company requirements
▸ Manage financial consolidation across multiple subsidiaries and business units
▸ Drive profitability, cost control, and revenue recognition across project-based revenues
▸ Lead board reporting, investor relations, and regulatory disclosures
▸ Strengthen internal controls, audit frameworks, and compliance processes
▸ Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, M&A, and investments
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven CFO or senior finance leadership in a listed company or large complex organization
✔ Strong expertise in treasury, cash flow management, and project/contract-driven businesses
✔ Deep knowledge of IFRS and financial regulatory environments
✔ Experience with group consolidation across subsidiaries
✔ Preferred: technology, systems integration, or infrastructure sector background
✔ Preferred: GCC/Saudi market exposure
✔ CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent certification is a plus
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
