Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Admin
Location: Remote in Mexico
Duration: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Center of Excellence for Sales, SalesOps, Product, Marketing processes. This includes enablement and enforcement of existing best practices
- Co-author technical documentation, administrative best practices, and frameworks for implementing and maintaining those best practices across the portfolio in JIRA and Confluence
- Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories:
- SFDC (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Portal, Service Cloud etc.)
- Sales Enablement solutions (SalesLoft, iCapture, Ringlead, etc.)
- o eSignature (Docusign, Conga, etc)
- Project Management (TaskRay, Asana, etc)
Basic Qualifications:
- You have 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, power user, or other related database ownership experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in SFDC CPQ Admin is required
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Other Qualifications:
- You have the patience to 'peel the onion' and the drive to propose and deliver technical and process solutions
- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and energized by meeting short-term business demands
- You have excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary
You have worked in an agile environment or with software development products like JIRA and their equivalent.
