About the Role
EMEA Revenue Operations team in Sinch is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team. The person who will become part of our group will be responsible to drive growth and profit in the EMEA region by structuring and winning commercial deals. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of various business models such as transactional, SaaS, licensing, professional services etc, as well as solid knowledge of deal structuring, pricing, contractual Terms & Conditions and deal storytelling, across a large product portfolio of commercial offerings.
In Sinch, Deal Desk is a role focused on enabling the business teams to win deals, drive strategy and growth through strong partnerships and governance. The role is part of the regional Revenue Operations team and is partnering with Sales, Finance, Product, Customer Operations, Commercial Enablement, Legal, BusinessIT and other stakeholders across Sinch Group.
For this position we are looking for a Deal Desk Analyst with strong analytical skills, excellent understanding of pricing and deal structuring strategies, and a proven track record of problem solving.
In this role you'll make a significant impact by:
- Supporting to drive the Revenue/GP growth of the EMEA region through deal structuring that optimizes value while minimizing risks;
- Being a reliable partner to various regional leaders and stakeholders for anything related to pricing and deal structuring.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with EMEA sales teams to structure deals that align with internal frameworks for contracting and pricing while meeting customer needs;
- Assist developing and modeling deal pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability while remaining competitive in the market;
- Support conducting financial analysis to asses deal viability;
- Identify and drive improvements for quoting and pricing processes across a broad product portfolio;
- Review and analyze contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with Sinch company policies and legal requirements;
- Support the deal approval process, including preparing deal summaries, obtaining approvals from key stakeholders, and documenting decisions;
- Continuously contribute in evaluating and improving deal desk processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Work cross functionally internally to ensure strategic alignment and operational coordination between the various stakeholder teams: Sales, Finance, BI/Data, Partner, Marketing, Customer Success, BusinessIT etc;

The role based in Sinch Prague office and is a hybrid role. It report to the EMEA VP Revenue Operations, who is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
