Job Details
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and optimize CRM data integrity, pipeline management, and sales reporting
2. Deliver insights through pipeline segmentation, forecasting, and performance metrics
3. Analyze trends to support data-driven decision-making across the commercial team
4. Build and improve scalable sales processes including quote-to-cash workflows
5. Develop sales playbooks, onboarding materials, and training programs
6. Identify inefficiencies and implement automation and process improvements
7. Support sales with quotes, proposals, SOWs, and purchase orders
8. Step in as a “utility player” to support gaps across the sales cycle when needed
9. Partner closely with reps to ensure smooth deal execution
10. Review and manage contracts (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs), flagging risks and key terms
11. Partner with legal on contract negotiations and approvals
12. Track contract lifecycle, renewals, and compliance requirements
13. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
14. Support RFPs, audits, and client due diligence processes
15. Help build scalable infrastructure as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in Sales Ops / Rev Ops
Background in SaaS or technology companies (healthtech, medtech, or life sciences strongly preferred)
Experience with CRM systems
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with a “no task too small or too big” mindset
