As a Sales Operations Analyst based in London, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Workable’s go-to-market teams. You’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales compensation processes, drive operational excellence, and help optimize performance through actionable insights and process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:

Own end-to-end commission calculations (monthly, quarterly, annual) and prepare accurate commission statements

Resolve commission discrepancies and support the design and documentation of compensation plans

Build and maintain go-to-market (GTM) process documentation and playbooks

Translate business requirements into system specifications for Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Support the rollout and adoption of sales tools, including AI-driven initiatives

Provide data and insights to optimize processes and drive GTM performance
Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related function

Proven experience managing sales compensation and commission processes, including calculating commissions and producing commission statements

Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets

Working proficiency with Salesforce CRM

Experience partnering with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations stakeholders on sales operations processes
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a SaaS or subscription business model environment

Experience partnering with People Ops (HR) stakeholders on sales compensation plan administration or related processes
