We are seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join the Global Business Solutions Monetisation Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support sales operations, improve processes, and drive operational efficiency across the business.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day sales operations support, including account queries, contracts, and billing setup.
Manage book of business activities such as account transfers, data hygiene, and access management.
Support sales performance processes including incentives, tracking, and approvals.
Maintain training materials, documentation, and internal knowledge resources.
Identify process gaps and support improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Systems teams.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth or rapidly evolving environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
Experience using data to generate insights and communicate key messages across the organisation, influencing decision-making.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM or BI tools is a plus.
