Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Manager to support leadership in driving execution, managing coordination, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.
This role requires someone who can bring structure to day-to-day operations, ensure timely follow-ups, and act as a central coordination point between leadership and teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meeting & Review Coordination
Schedule and manage internal meetings and reviews
Prepare agendas in advance and document key decisions
Track action items, deadlines, and ownership
Ensure timely follow-ups on all pending tasks
2. Approval & Documentation Management
Coordinate approvals for expenses, payments, and documents
Verify completeness of documents before submission
Maintain logs of approvals and pending items
3. Process & SOP Tracking
Monitor implementation of standard operating procedures
Track onboarding and training progress of team members
Identify process gaps and flag deviations
4. Calendar & Priority Management
Manage leadership calendar and scheduling
Ensure optimal time allocation and avoid conflicts
Prepare weekly priority lists
5. Communication & Documentation
Review contracts, letters, and official communications
Maintain document registers and records
Ensure timely responses to official correspondence
6. Internal Communication Coordination
Manage internal communication channels
Ensure proper information flow across teams
Draft internal announcements and updates
7. Compliance & Deadline Tracking
Maintain a compliance calendar
Track statutory, contractual, and operational deadlines
Send timely reminders and escalation alerts
8. Research & Analysis Support
Conduct research for decision-making
Prepare concise reports and summaries
Support business insights and performance analysis
9. Stakeholder & Visit Coordination
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and external interactions
Prepare briefing notes and follow-up actions
10. Execution of New Initiatives
Support implementation of new processes and tools
Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution
Candidate Requirements
Must Have:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
2–4 years of experience in operations / coordination / project roles
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Willingness to work on-site in Varanasi
Preferred:
Experience in startups, EPC, infrastructure, or government-related work
Understanding of tendering processes
Experience working with senior leadership
