Position: CFO / Finance Head
Sector: Aviation
Location: Delhi
Experience: 14–22+ years (CA strongly preferred)
Working Days: Mon–Sat
Compensation: Up to 35 LPA (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute long-term financial strategy
- Lead fundraising, capital management & investor relations
- Drive cost control, efficiency & compliance in aviation sector
- Ensure regulatory adherence (Ind-AS, SEBI, RBI, tax laws)
- Oversee investor reporting, governance & risk management
- Mentor and lead finance team
Preferred Profile:
- CA or equivalent
- 14+ years in finance role/5+ in Sr. leadership role
- Strong knowledge of audits, compliance & fundraising
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
