A rapidly growing, manufacturer within the industrial and engineered structures space is seeking a forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. Focus:
- Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support business objectives.
- Oversee cash flow management within a capital-intensive operating environment, ensuring optimal liquidity and resource allocation.
- Drive the evolution of financial reporting processes
- Partner closely with ownership to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting function, including oversight of the Controller and accounting team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations to enhance financial visibility and decision-making capabilities.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership to guide strategic decisions.
Skill Set:
- 15 or more years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within complex or asset-heavy environments.
- Strong understanding of cash flow dynamics, inventory management, and capital allocation strategies.
- Experience leading and developing accounting and finance teams.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred, but not required.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required, advanced degree or CPA preferred.
