As CFO, you’ll lead the Finance Division and play a critical role in the Bank’s strategic and financial direction, including:
- Overseeing all finance and accounting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and sound controls
- Managing interest rate risk, regulatory risk, and asset/liability strategies
- Developing and monitoring the annual budget and financial operating plan
- Managing the Bank’s investment portfolio within established guidelines
- Ensuring timely and accurate regulatory and financial reporting (including Call Reports and Federal Reserve filings)
- Presenting financial insights and reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and key committees
- Leading and developing a high‑performing finance team
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in banking
- Strong working knowledge of bank regulations and financial reporting
- Proven leadership, supervisory, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
