Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Operations Manager. The Business Operations Manager will build and run the systems that allow Speed Labs to scale across its consumer product, its B2B partnerships, and its internal team. Key responsibilities include owning the company's core business metrics and building the dashboards that surface them to the leadership team, managing the operational workflow for B2B partner integrations from signed contract through live deployment, supporting financial operations including budgeting, vendor management, and revenue reporting, building and improving internal tooling and processes across hiring, onboarding, and compliance, and running strategic projects that touch multiple functions such as pricing model rollouts, new market launches, and go-to-market experiments.
Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in business operations, strategy, finance, or an analytical role at a high-growth startup, consulting firm, or investment bank
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reporting systems, and operational processes from scratch
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive outcomes across teams without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to executive stakeholders
- Bias toward action, ownership, and operational rigor in ambiguous environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in sports, gaming, sports betting, prediction markets, or fintech is a strong plus
Compensation: $100-140k + equity + benefits
