Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for a full-time, on-site position at our Orlando, FL location. The CRO will lead company-wide revenue strategies, drive sales growth, and oversee the operations of the sales and revenue teams. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, spearheading lead generation efforts, managing strategic accounts, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to the overall strategic planning of the company. Collaboration across departments and the ability to drive performance while aligning with the company's goals will be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lead Generation to develop and execute strategies that expand customer acquisition pipelines.
- Proven experience in Account Management and fostering sustained relationships with high-value clients.
- Strong background in Sales and Sales Operations, including achieving revenue targets and optimizing sales team performance.
- Strategic Planning expertise to drive corporate growth and align revenue strategies with business objectives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial laser solutions or similar technologies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
