Role Description
This role is a contract assignment at Palo Alto Networks. Contractors will not be employed by Palo Alto Networks but through our trusted staffing partners.
We are seeking a
GTM Strategy & Operations Lead (Contract) to evolve our global enterprise engagement models. You will be the architect of our digital GTM infrastructure, ensuring our largest customers experience a seamless, data-driven journey from onboarding through renewal.
- Location - Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)
- Duration - 8 months
Key Responsibilities
- Systemic Scalability: Transition manual workflows into automated, system-led architectures to manage complex, multi-year agreements.
- Digital CX: Operationalize digital portals and automated workflows to provide customers with real-time visibility and self-service capabilities.
- Operational Governance: Establish global standards and high-priority data-sync protocols to ensure executive reporting accuracy.
- Strategic Enablement: Partner with regional leadership and Sales to roll out new operational standards, specialized toolsets, and value-driven narratives.
The Ideal Profile
- GTM Expert: Deep experience in Sales Ops or GTM Strategy within enterprise SaaS or complex hardware/software environments.
- Data-Driven: Proficient in querying large datasets (SQL) to drive lifecycle strategy and validate operational performance.
- Automation Mindset: Skilled at leveraging modern AI and automation tools to prototype internal tracking and notification systems.
- Change Leader: Proven ability to navigate large-scale organizational shifts and drive adoption across global stakeholders.

Compensation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer,this is the pay range that Magnit (the staffing agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $70/hour to $75/hour. Please note that the compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits. Magnit offers Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.
