Role Overview:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Team Coordinator to streamline operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage sales pipeline & reporting
- Coordinate across sales, tech, and field teams
- Maintain SOPs & CRM workflows
- Track tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and field operations
Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in operations or coordination
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
